Never mind what I think about Padre Dam (not a lot). Has the news hit the gen pop that they're revving up a toilet to tap program in Santee? Under a different name, of course. First rule of tap club is never say Toilet. It's 'Advanced Water Purification', dahleen. I don't know about you, but I'll never hear my neighbors toilet flush without a little bit of a stomach roll.
