Vehicle Crashes Into Building In East County
The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Cuyamaca Street in El Cajon, officials said.
EL CAJON, CA – A vehicle has crashed into a building in the 1400 block of Cuyamaca Street in El Cajon, according to Heartland Fire & Rescue.
There were no immediate reports of injuries. Officials asked the public to avoid the area for the next hour.
