Adult Lipreading Classes
Pre-registration for community- based Adult Lipreading Classes is in progress. There is no fee charged for these classes.
The Fall Quarter of Lipreading Classes begin Sept. 21 and meet at the Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos, (14855 Oka Rd). Classes are offered through Foothill College but as they are non-credit, there is no fee; however, registration is required.
Taught by audiologist Marcia Fariss, M. A., F-AAA, these classes are designed to improve one’s ability to understand speech in group or background noise settings. Any interested adult may register for the classes.
