Most staffing agencies make you sit through a discovery call before they'll quote a number. We decided to just publish ours.
Perfect Timing's new pricing page lays out what it costs to hire in Marin and Sonoma County — no form, no gate:
- Temp-to-hire — same markup, and the conversion fee is credited against what you've already paid. Try before you commit, without paying a premium for the trial.
- Temporary staffing — 50-85% markup, based on skill level and assignment length. Covers payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, and workers' comp.
- Direct hire — 20-30% of annual salary. Includes screening, background checks, skills assessments, and a dedicated recruiter start to finish. Volume discounts available, and our 20% rate is reserved for non-profit clients.
No surprises at invoice time. The quote you get before signing is the number you pay.
