Vehicle Code Violations

• Isidro Frutos Reyna, 34, of San Jose, 11 a.m. Nov. 11, 2012, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and using a wireless telephone device while driving.
• Jennifer Chapman, 34, of San Jose, 11:50 a.m. Jan. 29, at Saratoga Avenue and Highway 280 in Saratoga, for two infractions related to having an expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Steven Courtney, 20, of San Jose, 2:35 p.m. Jan. 22, at Highway 9 and Sanborn Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for driving without due caution.
• Rodolfo Leal Tapia, 40, of San Jose, 12:40 p.m. Dec. 10, 2012, at Prospect Road and Lyle Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a suspended license.
• Adrian Aguilar, 20, of San Jose, 2:50 p.m. Nov. 20, 2012, at Fruitvale and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a suspended license and an infraction for using wireless telephone device while driving.
• Kiarash Amini, 21, of Saratoga, 10:28 a.m. Jan. 25, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.

Possession

• Ian Sulcer, 19, of Santa Clara, 3:31 p.m. Feb. 1, at Big Basin Way and 6th Street in Saratoga, for two infractions related to possession of marijuana in vehicle and improper display of license plates.

Selling Stolen Property

• Marizela Guerra, 43, of San Jose, 2:19 p.m. Feb. 2, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for felony rearrest/probation violation, felony selling or aiding in selling stolen property, felony possession of narcotics paraphernalia and felony possession of controlled substance.
• Shane Walton, 41, of Sunnyvale, 2:20 p.m. Feb. 2, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving while license is suspended, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and felony selling or aiding in selling stolen property. Bail set at $12,000.
