Saratoga Sheriff's Reports: 2 Men Arrested For Safeway Burglaries
A look at the Santa Clara County sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for March 6-29, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations
- Carlos Aguilar, 28, of San Jose, 11 a.m. Jan. 26, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
- Fernando Bautista, 40, of San Jose, 9:35 a.m. March 6, at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Verde Vista in Saratoga, for an infraction due to driving without due caution and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- Marty Reardon, 55, of Boulder Creek, 12:25 a.m. Sept. 20, 2012, at Saratoga Avenue and Seagraves Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor unlawful use of licensed dealer plates.
- Adrian Elisary, 30, of Sunnyvale, 1:40 p.m. Jan. 30, at Fruitvale and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and an infraction for regulations of turns at intersection.
- Teresa Wylie, 43, of San Jose, 11 a.m. March 29, at Saratoga Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for being an unlicensed driver and misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Possession
- Stephen Massey, 27, of Oakland, 9:45 a.m. March 19, at Highway 9 and Booker Creek in Saratoga, for felony possession of concentrated cannabis, infraction for failure to pay and misdemeanor possession of 28.5 grams of marijuana. Bail set at $5,540.
DUI

- Nicholas Smith, 19, of Santa Clara, 2:40 a.m. March 20, at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI.
Burglary
- Mikhil Mirchandani, 19, of Cupertino, 11 p.m. March 22, at Safeway, 12876 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $10,000.
- Todd Bridges, 18, of Los Altos, 9:18 p.m. March 29, at Safeway, 12876 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for felony conspiracy to commit crime and felony first degree burglary. Bail set at $10,000.

- Andrew Bano, 48, of Saratoga, 7:35 p.m. March 26, at 1584 Camden Village in San Jose, for misdemeanor violation of protective order. Bail set at $5,000.
