Controlled Substance Abuse Registration Violation

• Jason Karklins, 37, of Saratoga, 9:11 p.m., Nov. 1, at McCoy and McCulloch avenues, for misdemeanor failure to register as a controlled substance abuse registrant. Bail set at $5,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Samue Hernadez Gonzale, 26, of San Jose, 12:55 a.m., Oct. 26, at Saratoga Avenue and Dagmar Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.
• Kamran Akram, 31, of Santa Clara, 10:29 a.m., Sept. 10, at Cox Avenue and Village Drive in Saratoga, for an infraction due to having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ruben Soto, 32, of San Jose, 8:35 p.m., Nov. 5, at Big Basin Way and Third Street in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ivan Zamora Hernandez, 24, of Santa Clara, Oct. 26, 2:05 p.m., at Saratoga Avenue and Saratoga Glen Place in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with license suspended or revoked, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.

Under the Influence

• James Magill, 35, of San Jose, 2:45 a.m., Nov. 2, at Saratoga Avenue and Bellgrouk in Saratoga, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,000.

DUI

• Tracy Neylon, 56, of Campbell, 10:35 p.m., Nov. 2, at Quito and Vessing roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Assault/Battery

• Daniel Phillips, 55, of Saratoga, 8:15 p.m., Nov. 4, at 18613 McCoy Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor warrant for assault and battery. Bail set at $5,000.
• Patricia Chenault, 61, of Saratoga, 6:50 p.m., Nov. 8, at 21345 Saratoga Hills Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor battery on former spouse, finance or cohabitant. Bail set at $10,000.
