Vehicle Code Violations

• Jose San Miguel, 41, of San Clara, 10:40 a.m. Sept. 28, at Saratoga Avenue and La Paloma in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Dalel Fardeheb, 19, of San Jose, 3:10 p.m. Aug. 30, at Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
• Pablo Martinez Cruz, 25, of San Jose, 3:05 p.m. Sept. 28, at Pollard and More roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended license.
• Peter Aguilar, 32, of San Jose, 5:15 a.m. Sept. 30, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for an infraction due to not having tail lamp placed as to illuminate with a white light the rear license plate during darkness and render it clearly legible from a distance of 50 feet to the rear and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Robert Saenz, 47, of San Jose, 3:20 p.m. Aug. 22, at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Kirkmont in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license and an infraction and an infraction for driving a motor vehicle in a bicycle lane established on a roadway.
• Djurica Golomeic, 59, of San Jose, 4:50 p.m. Oct. 10, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for infractions due to having an expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Marisa Balderas, 29, of San Jose, 12:50 p.m. Oct. 12, at Saratoga and Kosich avenues in Saratoga, for an infraction due to using wireless telephone device while driving and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Possession

• Juan Valdivia, 22, of San Jose, 5:20 p.m. Sept. 25, at Big Basin Way and Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for possession of marijuana in vehicle.

DUI

• Michael Lopez, 35, of San Jose, 11:30 p.m. Oct. 13, at Pierce Road and Old Oak Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI.
• Amber Driscal, 30, of Boulder Creek, 12:50 a.m. Oct. 15, at Saratoga Sunnyvale Road and Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $15,000.
• Diane Keng, 20, of Cupertino, 1:26 a.m. Oct. 15, at Verde Vista and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for obtaining assistance using deceptive identification document and DUI. Bail set at $6,000.

Petty Theft

• Ellen Sagon, 28, of San Jose, 5:33 p.m. Oct. 14, at 22801 Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny.

Vandalism

• Matthew Martinez, 25, of Cupertino, 2:50 a.m. Oct. 17, at Oak and Saratoga Los Gatos roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor vandalism less than $400 and misdemeanor battery. Bail set at $5,000.
