Possession

• Shawn West, 41, of San Jose, 4:50 p.m. March 20, at Saratoga and Herriman avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle.
• Poolod Moghaddam, 30, of Elk Grove, 10:50 a.m. April 6, at 18701 Harleigh Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor rearrest for revocation or probation, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and felony rearrest for violation of probation and possession of controlled substance.

Vehicle Theft/Possession of Burglary Tools

• Adrienne Beladers, 32, of San Jose, 3:23 p.m. April 2, at 14345 Saratoga Ave. in Saratoga, for felony buying/receiving stolen motor vehicle, trailer; theft or unauthorized use of vehicle, and misdemeanor driving under the influence, driving while license is suspended and possession of burglary tools. Bail set at $47,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Daniel Chavez, 31, of Los Gatos, 11:50 p.m. Sept. 24, 2012, at Big Basin Way and Congress Springs Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and having an expired registration.
• John Mack, 49, of Saratoga, 9:15 a.m. April 2, at 14420 Fruitvale Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
• Carlo Matteucci, 40, of Oakland, 10:30 p.m. Dec. 7, 2012, at Cox Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for two infractions for having an expired registration, stop requirements and a misdemeanor for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Rafael Guzman, 21, of Santa Clara, 11:50 p.m. March 25 at Saratoga and Campbell avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

DUI

• Dejah Overby, 34, of Saratoga, 4:30 a.m. April 5, at Sunnyvale Saratoga Road and Thelma in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI.
• Darryl Greenlea, 55, of Hayward, 11:55 a.m. April 6, at McFarland and Devon avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor having a suspended license, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and DUI. Bail set at $80,000.

Assault

• Charles Simpson, 51, of San Jose, 11:28 p.m. April 5, at 22801 Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor annoying or molesting a child and felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail set at $75,000.
