Vehicle Code Violations

• Ryan Cochell, 30, of Santa Cruz, Aug. 20, 5 p.m., on Highway 9 and Austin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Shawn Dugger, 36, of Sunnyvale, Sept. 18, 12:20 p.m., at Ronnie Way and Portos Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for stop requirements.
• Stefan Fowler, 24, of Campbell, July 26, 11:45 p.m., at Saratoga Avenue and Highway 85 in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Oscar Gonzalez, 26, of San Jose, Aug. 6, 8:45 p.m., at Saratoga and La Paloma avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Brian Robby, 28, of Saratoga, Sept. 23, 1:40 p.m., at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an infraction for operating a motor vehicle upon a highway when the windshield or rear window is in such a defective condition as to impair the driver’s vision either to the front or rear.
• Daniel Chavez, 30, of Los Gatos, Sept. 24, 11:40 p.m., at Big Basin Way and Congress Springs in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended or revoked license.
• Jared Kim, 22, of Sunnyvale, Aug. 10, 2:15 a.m., at Highway 9 and Sanborn in Saratoga, for infractions for inappropriate exhaust system and display of license plates and misdemeanor reckless driving.

DUI

• Sean Lernihan, 25, of San Jose, Sept. 28, 3 a.m., at Arbelogne and Brookside in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
• Steven Ward, 49, of Concord, Oct. 6, 11:55 p.m., at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Blauer in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Burglary

• Cecil Bess, 40, of San Jose, Sept. 30, 1:53 p.m. at Devon Avenue and Paseo Presada in Saratoga, for misdemeanor resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, felony conspiracy to commit crime, obstructing, resisting a peace officer and first-degree burglary.
• Donovan Perry, 23, of San Jose, Sept. 30, 1:50 p.m. at Devon Avenue in Saratoga, for felony conspiracy to commit crime, first-degree burglary and misdemeanor battery.
