- Anthony Ramirez, 31, of San Jose, Oct. 14, 1:10 p.m., at Quito Road and Paseo Cerro in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for having an expired registration.
- Marjan Farzaneh, 29, of San Jose, Aug. 17, 8:20 a.m., at Prospect Road and Saraglen Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for driving without due caution.
Petty Theft
- Renee Infantino, 46, of Saratoga, Aug. 5, 6:09 p.m., at 10150 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny.
DUI

- David Callejo, 35, of Saratoga, Oct. 26, 9:40 a.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor DUI.
- Alexander Tran, 22, of San Jose, Oct. 29, 10 a.m., at 20200 Mendelsohn Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor vandalism and DUI. Bail set at $11,000.
Domestic Violence
- Heather Silvey, 32, of Saratoga, Oct. 26, 8:45 p.m., at 1601 So. De Anza Blvd. in Cupertino, for felony re-arrest, probation violation and felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

- Michael Sullivan, 22, of San Jose, Oct. 27, 1:15 a.m., at 14363 Saratoga Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license, felony re-arrest for probation violation and felony manufacturing of belt buckle knife.
Possession
- Dan O'Reilly, 33, of Santa Cruz, Oct. 21, 9:31 p.m., at Highway 9 and Redwood Gulch in Saratoga, for misdemeanor possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
