Possession

• Nicolas Gjers, 22, of San Jose, 12:25 a.m. Dec. 27, 2012; at Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga, for felony possession of drugs/alcohol in prison, jail, possession of concentrated cannabis and misdemeanor possession of switch blade in a vehicle and petty theft of personal property/larceny. Bail set at $11,000.
• Jeremy Lathrop, 35, of Santa Cruz, 4:57 p.m. Jan. 7, at Saratoga Avenue and Highway 85 in Saratoga, for misdemeanor selling or aiding in selling stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $11,000.

Petty Theft

• Stanley Arnold, 23, of Saratoga, 12:20 a.m. Dec. 27, 2012; at Vista Arroyo Court at Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny. Bail set at $5,000.

DUI

• Sean Lockwood, 28, of San Jose, 1:52 a.m. Jan. 1, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
• Andrew Cho, 19, of Los Gatos, 1 a.m. Jan. 6, at 19993 Karn Circle in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Ivan Villeraldo, 20, of San Jose, 4:25 a.m. Dec. 28, 2012; at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Rubio Albarenga, 47, of San Jose, 1:18 p.m. Dec. 31, 2012; at Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Eian Civelli, 20, of Campbell, 1:15 a.m. Dec. 14, 2012; at Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for passenger having open container in vehicle and misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.

Hit-And-Run

• Abraham Brenes, 23, of Santa Clara, 12:10 p.m. Nov. 17, 2012; at 14651 Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Under the Influence

• Bobby Marks, 36, of Saratoga, 2:45 p.m. Jan. 7, at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
• Doris Hernandez, 60, of Campbell, 7:42 a.m. Jan. 8, at southbound Highway 9 and Redwood Gulch in Saratoga, for misdemeanor being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance. Bail set at $250.

Narcotics Registrant

• Maria De La Rosa, 53, of San Jose, 3:05 p.m. Jan. 8, at 12325 Scully Ave. and Elisa Avenue in Saratoga, for failure to register as a narcotics offender. Bail set at $12,000.
