• Joseph Caprino, 19, of San Jose, Nov. 11, 2012; 12 noon, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for two infractions related to license plates and misuse of motor vehicle instruction permit and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Isidro Frutos Reyna, 34, of San Jose, Nov. 11, 2012; 11 a.m., at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and using wireless telephone device while driving.
• David Shrader, 44, of Saratoga, April 18, 2012; 11:30 p.m., at Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Road, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and driving without due caution.
• Myichael Lennon, 23, of San Jose, Nov. 18, 2012; 4:20 p.m., at Saratoga Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with license suspended or revoked.
• Samuel Sanchez, 23, of Merced, Nov. 11, 2012; 2 a.m., at Big Basin Way and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and driving without lights.
• Nicholas Monroy, 30, of San Jose, Nov. 19, 2012; 7:40 p.m., at Quito and Sobey roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Adrian Aguilar, 20, of San Jose, Nov. 20, 2012; 2:50 p.m., at Fruitvale and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, having a suspended license and an infraction for using a wireless telephone device while driving.
• Albert Gonzalez Herrera, 43, of Gilroy, Nov. 24, 2012; 8:35 a.m., at Johnson Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. 
• Jocelin Sikl, 24, of San Jose, Dec. 9, 2012; 2:16 a.m., at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Seagull in Saratoga, for an infraction for failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
• Leonard Jaramillo Gomez, 50, of San Jose, Dec. 1, 2012; 11 a.m., at Saratoga and Graves avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ivan Hernandez, 24, of Santa Clara, Dec. 1, 2012; 10 a.m., at Quito Road and McCoy Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving while license is suspended or revoked and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Luis Infante Hernandez, 27, of San Jose, Dec. 2, 2012; 10:50 p.m., at Saratoga and Fruitvale avenues in Saratoga, for an infraction related to a license plate and misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Alan Chang, 19, of Saratoga, Dec. 16, 2012; 10:25 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor reckless driving and speed contest.

DUI

• Dustin States, 25, of San Jose, Dec. 9, 2012; 2:01 a.m., at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $10,000.
• Kaitlyn Pavlina, 25, of Saratoga, Dec. 13, 2012; 12:08 a.m., at Saratoga Los Gatos Road and Pepper in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI and driving under the influence. Bail set at $5,000.

Under the Influence

• Alexander Burga, 21, of Saratoga, Dec. 12, 2012; 2 a.m., at Burugan and Highland in San Jose, for misdemeanor failure to appear and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,590.

Possession

• Sara Ferrari, 26, of Saratoga, Dec. 12, 2012; 12:05 p.m., at 19575 Three Oaks Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, battery on peace officer/emergency personnel, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of controlled substance and re-arrest for probation violation.
• Kyle Caragio, 22, of San Jose, Dec. 14, 2012; 12:30 a.m., at Vista Arroyo and Parker Ranch in Saratoga, for misdemeanor possession of 28.5 grams of marijuana, false name to peace officer, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and felony possession of concentrated cannabis and re-arrest for probation violation.
