• Frank Catanzaro, 23, of Saratoga, 1:50 p.m. Nov. 15, at Santa Clara County Drug Court, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for misdemeanor possession of hypodermic needle/syringe without a prescription, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance.

Vehicle Code Violation

• Gilbert Olivas, 60, of San Jose, 11:15 a.m. Nov. 4, at Devon Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.
• Kevin Vogler, 21, of Los Gatos, 7:46 p.m. Sept. 26, at Highway 17 and Lark Avenue in Los Gatos, for a citation related to his vehicle's license plate, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Luis De La Torre, 24, of Morgan Hill, 8:25 p.m., July 3, at Saratoga Avenue and Graves, for a infraction related to an expired registration and misdemeanor registration with intent to avoid compliance.

Petty Theft

• Ellen Sagon, 28, of San Jose, 5:33 p.m. Oct. 14, at 22801 Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor citation related to petty theft of personal property/larceny.
