Saratoga Sheriff's Arrests: Residents 21-And-Under Arrested for DUI

Vehicle Code Violations

• Daniel Ramirez, 25, of San Jose, 11:25 p.m. Jan. 16, at Saratoga Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for having an obstructed plate and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Hector Gaspariano Pango, 30, of San Jose, 10:20 a.m. Dec. 16, 2012, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended and having a suspended license.
• Christian Canabou, 48, of Boulder Creek, 3:35 p.m. Feb. 24, at Saratoga Avenue and Ranfre Lane in Saratoga, for infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and having an expired registration and misdemeanor having a suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Miguel Rocha Lopez, 24, of San Jose, 2:30 p.m. at Quito Road and Bucknall Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor having a suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Adairis Velazquez, 39, of Morgan Hill, 9:05 a.m. Feb. 25, at Saratoga and Fruitvale avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Noah Thompson, 33, of San Jose, 10:50 a.m. at Quito and Old Adobe roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for using wireless telephone device while driving.
• Ali Salehi, 25, of Saratoga, 11:40 a.m. Jan. 12, at Bucknall Road and Paseo Presada in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infraction due to stop requirements.

DUI

• Maria Robles, 20, of Cupertino, 4:51 a.m. Feb. 23, on Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI and driving under the influence. Bail set at $5,000.
• Eric Sterling, 21, of Saratoga, 2:05 a.m. Feb. 24, at 11915 Brookglen Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI and driving under the influence. Bail set at $5,000.

Hit-And-Run

• Abraham Brenes, 23, of Grapevine, TX, 12:10 p.m. Nov. 17, 2012, at 14651 Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
