Sexual Battery

• Francis Barton, 66, of Saratoga, 8:55 p.m. Dec. 17, 2012 at unknown location, for misdemeanor sexual battery.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Ethan Peake, 22, of Saratoga, 1:45 p.m. Jan. 23, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for two infractions related to having an expired registration and possession of marijuana in vehicle.
• Nicholas Boscacci, 32, of Union City, 12:20 p.m. Jan. 23 at Fruitvale and Crisp avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor operating a vehicle while having driving privilege restricted. Bail set at $500.
• Matt Lamonico, 45, of Campbell, 4:32 p.m. Jan. 21, at Quito Road and Baylor Avenue in Saratoga, for two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Melaura Bunnell, 40, of San Jose, 2:55 p.m. Jan. 23, at Lawrence Expressway and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for a citation related to an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Raul Sanchez, 33, of San Jose, 9 a.m. April 9, 2012, at Oak and 5th streets in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a windshield infraction.
• John Robinson, 31, of Boulder Creek, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 18, at Highway 9 and Sanborn Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for not having an animal license. 
• Olivia Dinno, 20, of San Jose, 12:28 a.m. Dec. 7, 2012, at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for being a minor with a blood alcohol level of 0.05 and misdemeanor being in possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.

Possession

• Jason Johnson, 33, of Campbell, 1:45 p.m. Jan. 29, at Quito Road and Sousa Lane in Saratoga, for felony possession of concentrated cannabis. Bail set at $500.

Theft/Forgery

Joshua Jacobs, 18, of Saratoga, 10:50 a.m. Jan. 31, at 14651 Aloha Avenue and Forest Hills in Saratoga, for misdemeanor theft or embezzlement of $400 or less and felony forgery. Bail set at $20,000.
