• Manuel Smith, 26, of Cupertino, 3:45 p.m. Feb. 8, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.
• Adan Medina, 21, of Santa Clara, 11:10 a.m. Feb. 8, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and an infraction for having tabs attached to rear plate.
• Loya Sanchez, 19, of San Jose, 8:46 a.m. Jan. 27, at Saratoga Avenue and Vineyard Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Steven Johnston, 26, of San Jose, 2:56 p.m. Jan. 31, at Prospect Road and Miller Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ivan Villeraldo, 20, of San Jose, 4:25 a.m. Dec. 28, 2012, at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Serenna Amador, 21, of Mountain View, 5:12 a.m. Feb. 7, at Paseo Presada and Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Adrian Elisary, 30, of Sunnyvale, 1:40 p.m. Jan. 20, at Fruitvale and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and an infraction for regulations of turns at intersections.
• Richard Bassi, 71, of Redwood City, 7:45 p.m. Feb. 5, at 12230 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
• Omar Mohsen, 22, of Campbell, 4:50 p.m. Feb. 3, at Saratoga-Sunnyvale and Prospect roads, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for left turn on red.
• Randolph Delgado, 53, of Santa Clara, 12:15 p.m. May 28, 2012, at Highway 9 and Highway 35 in Saratoga, for two infractions for having an expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
