What to Expect from Tonight's Saratoga Union School Board Meeting
Refinance of general obligation bonds is on the agenda.
Saratoga Union School District trustees meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Tuesday, March 12 at the agency's office conference room, 20460 Forrest Hills Dr., to discuss the following:
- Refinance of general obligation bonds/proposed issuance of authorized but unissued general obligation bonds to equip classrooms and schools with technology hardware
- Technology planning process
- Saratoga Education Foundation 2013-14 program update
- Support for English-language learners and immigrant students
- Report on curriculum, instruction and assessment
- Superintendent Lane Weiss will present board policies for second reading on bullying, suspension and expulsion, nondiscrimination/harassment and parental notification
