SCOTTS VALLEY, CA — The Scotts Valley Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect who was caught on video surveillance early Sunday morning.

Images of the male suspect were captured as he was allegedly breaking into TOGO's Sandwiches on Mt. Hermon Road.
