NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

First, the weather. The Bay Area can expect a sunny, warm week. Highs in San Francisco are expected to reach 70 to 78 degrees. Highs in Oakland are expected to start in the mid-70s Monday and reach the low 80s later in the week. In other news, a 77-year-old married couple was arrested on suspicion of killing their 40-year-old son-in-law in broad daylight in Dublin. Officers found Jonathan McKinsey dead of gunshot wounds Saturday afternoon at the Dublin Sports Grounds. Witness statements led police to arrest the elderly couple within minutes.

Four people were arrested in San Francisco on suspicion of distributing more than 20,000 suspected counterfeit pills, including Xanax, oxycodone, fentanyl, and other pills. Police also said they seized 68.5 grams of MDMA, 6.5 grams of black tar heroin, a semiautomatic rifle, and thousands in cash.
