Car Stolen From Santa Cruz Found Parked At Scotts Valley McDonald’s, Police Say
Police said the driver was arrested on multiple charges.
SCOTTS VALLEY, CA — A man allegedly found inside a stolen car was arrested in the parking lot of the Scotts Valley McDonald’s this week. Police officials said officers noticed someone sitting inside the car, which was stolen from the Santa Cruz area.
Officers made contact with the driver, later identified as William Cacchiola, and arrested him. Police said methamphetamine and burglary tools were discovered when officers searched the car.
Cacchiola was booked into the Santa Cruz County jail.
