SVMS Sixth-Grade Boys Basketball Take First Place in League

The SVMS boys' basketball teams end the season on a high note.

The Scotts Valley Middle School sixth-grade boys basketball team won the championship game at Shoreline Thursday night. It was a very exciting game against San Lorenzo Valley with the scores going back and forth, but the boys held onto their two-point lead in the end with a final score of 36-34. Thomas Sullivan was named All Tourney and Reese Stratford was MVP. The eighth-grade boys ended up in third place overall while the seventh-graders placed seventh in league play. Congratulations boys!
