Scotts Valley Little League All Stars Update

The first round of the District 39 All Stars pool play ended with four Scotts Valley teams advancing to the championship round double elimination games.

The final Pool Play Records for Scotts Valley teams were impressive:

 8/9's      SV Little League All Stars      4-0          9/10's  SV Little League All Stars   4-0  10/11's  SV Little League All Stars   2-2  11/12's  SV Little League All Stars   4-1

On Tuesday, July 3, all four Scotts Valley teams posted wins in the opening games of championship round double elimination play. The teams advanced to the winners brackets with games played Thursday, July 5.

  8/9's                 SV 15 - Watsonville American 3                     9/10's     SV 6 -  SLV 5   10/11's     SV 11 - Aptos 10   11/12's     SV  6 - Capitola Soquel  3

Thursday night's action saw the 8/9’s beat Watsonville American 15-3 while the 12’s came up with the win against Aptos, 4-1.

These two teams will advance to Saturday’s final championship games held in Scotts Valley.

The 9/10’s posted a loss to Aptos while the 10/11’s were beat by Santa Cruz American.

The Scotts Valley 9/10 and 10/11 teams will battle Friday night to stay alive for the District 39 title.

Scotts Valley 9/10's play in Aptos against SLV at 5:30 p.m.

Scotts Valley 10/11's play in Pajaro Valley against Aptos at 6 p.m.
