Squatter Busted With Guns, Ammo, Body Armor: Santa Cruz Sheriff
The 54-year-old was watching TV inside someone's Boulder Creek home when deputies arrived, officials said.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA – After neighbors called a woman regarding noise and possible squatters on her vacant Boulder Creek property, Santa Cruz County Sheriff's deputies made an arrest after accompanying the owner to check out the situation, officials said last week.
"The neighbors complained of noise in the area and knew nobody was supposed to be there," the department said.
Upon arrival at the site off Deer Creek Road, officials reportedly found 54-year-old Derek Solus watching television inside the woman's home, deputies said.
