It's been awhile since my last Flam's blog so here I am again. But this time it is not a normal blog but a question to you as a consumer.
Flam's was asked to submit a bid against a competitor that does not do background checks and we know he has some problems with employees that have a criminal history.I was always taught that you earn business on your own merits and don't put the compition down which is our normal MO.
I would like to know how you would handle this and if it is sometbing you would want to know?
