Motorcyclist Is Injured in 405 Crash
The degree of the man's injuries is currently unknown.
A motorcycle rider was injured today in a collision with a car on a freeway transition road in Sherman Oaks.
The accident on the road from the southbound 405 freeway to the eastbound 101 freeway was reported at 12:54 p.m. and tied up traffic for about 40 minutes, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos.
Paramedics took the man to a hospital, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman said, though he did not know the extent of the rider's injuries.
