Updated at 10 p.m.: The suspicious item found at the corner of Lankershim Boulevard and Huston Street along the CicLAvia Valley route in North Hollywood turned out to be a brick in a backpack, says Officer Mike Lopez of the LAPD’s Media Relations Section. The area has been reopened, Lopez says.
