Peppertree Grill
My daughter and I visited the new Peppertree. Granted, it was before the grand opening date. Most of what we wanted was not available (at that time), so we had a quick bite and left. After the opening, we went again, this time with my husband. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. When the drinks came, We were informed that the appetizer we ordered "would take too long to prepare." We ordered another and began to choose our entrees. Some time later, the server informed us they didn't have all the ingredients for our second choice. My husband was really upset. After half an hour, we still didn't even have an appetizer! One of the owners came to tell us we didn't have to pay or the drinks, but it was too late. My husband put the drink $$ on the table, and we left to see the film we had planned to view, with no time for dinner. We haven't been back, and I know my husband never will. Restaurants should never open until they are ready to accommodate their patrons. A first impression really lasts. 322 - we miss you!!
