Drop, Cover, and Relax.

  You know the saying, “If you can’t beat them, join them.” I’d prefer not to.

   I mean the Great California Shake Out when millions of people will act out a horrific earthquake.  Many of them using fake blood and bandages.

      And what if?

  I was just reading in the paper of the thousands of people left homeless and the deaths of many in a major 7.2 earthquake in the Philippines.

  Wasn’t it just a few weeks ago that you could literally hear the heartfelt sighs of television reporters as they spoke of the devastation of another earthquake in Pakistan?

 No, I won’t pretend that is happening to me.

 I won’t attract that energy into my life.

  The only drop, cover and hold I will be doing is on my massage table, but it will be more like, drop, cover, and relax.

  And peace on earth, good will towards men.

Balance is what keeps (us) healthy.
