The sale offers high-quality books that have
been culled from the library’s shelves or donated.
If Dad is a sports, photography, or automobile
enthusiast, we have lots of books that he might like to receive for Father’s
Day. Or, look for a great novel or
mystery – those in the stacks in the basement are being sold for half price. If
you’re planning to travel this summer, be sure to check out our travel guides. These and a number of Beatlemania books, ethnic
and BBQ cookbooks, and DVDs and audio books are also being featured at this
month’s sale. As always, in the back
parking lot there will be $1.00 books on every subject, together with
paperbacks, 5/$1.00, and children's books 25 cents each. Look out there as well for a huge collection of
topographical maps of California back-country, perfect for hikers and campers.

from the Best Used Book Sales benefit the resources and programs of the Sierra
Madre Public Library.
