
Joseph W. Valentine Joins Sunny Hills Services Board of Directors
San Anselmo, CA. June 4, 2012. Sunny Hills Services is pleased to announce that Joseph W. Valentine has joined its Board of Directors.
Mr. Valentine’s impressive career spans more than five decades, serving nonprofit organizations in the health, human services, and higher education fields. He devoted 30 years to the United Way movement, including 12 years as President and Executive Director of United Way of the Bay Area.

Since his retirement from United Way, Mr. Valentine has provided consultation and management services to colleges and nonprofits in the areas of strategic planning, Board development, fundraising and executive management.
Mr. Valentine is a graduate of Springfield College, and Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. He resides in Sonoma County.

Sunny Hills Services, founded in 1895, is a private, non-profit organization that operates an array of programs throughout the Bay Area.
