AVENTINE GLEN ELLEN ANNOUNCES BRUNCH MENU

Glen Ellen’s newest critically acclaimed restaurant, Aventine Glen Ellen is pleased to announce the Brunch Menu. Starting on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10, brunch will be served on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The new brunch menu includes:

INSALATA E ZUPPA

ZUPPA – seasonal soup of the day ($8)

LEBNI YOGURT – house made poppy seed granola, seasonal shaved fruit, toasted almonds ($10)

INSALATA FRUTA – baby mixed green salad with grilled pineapples, melons, strawberries, balsamic reduction ($10)

PROSCUITTO E MELONE – San Daniel prosciutto with seasonal melon, buffalo mozzarella, wild arugula, champagne vinaigrette ($16)

INSALATA DI POLLO – grilled chicken breast, carrots, red onion, celery, arugula, radicchio, red potatoes, white beans, creamy sherry thyme vinaigrette ($15)

PIZZA

MARGHERITA – mozzarella, tomato, basil ($14)

MEATBALL – house made meatballs, sautéed red onion, fresh oregano, mozzarella ($15)

PIZZA AL UOVO – mozzarella, prosciutto cotto, organic egg, basil ($16)

SMOKED SALMON – crème fraiche, chives ($21)

PASTA CORTA ALLA PRIMAVERA – baby carrots, zucchini, asparagus, pear tomatoes, roasted garlic, grana padano cheese, micro basil ($14)

LASAGNA AL FORNO – beef, veal, pork, ragu, cinnamon, creamy béchamel, mozzarella, grana padano cheese ($15)

GNOCCHI DI PATATE – oven roasted tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, micro basil or basil pesto sauce ($15)

HAM E CHEESE TRAMEZZINO – porchetta, fontina, cornichons, vanilla butter ($15)

FRITTATA – sundried tomato, spinach, avocado ($14)

WAFFLE E POLLO MILANESE – bacon butter, bourbon maple syrup ($18)

SPEZZATINO FATTO – braised short rib hash, poached eggs, fired potato chips ($20)

UOVO BENEDICT – two friend eggs, focaccia and smoked pancetta, fontina fonduta ($18)

Aventine Glen Ellen has wonderful weekly specials. Their Taste Tuesdays Menu features Happy Hour pricing all night and Wine Wednesdays offer patrons the chance to purchase bottles of wines off the impressive wine list for half-price. Live Thursdays features free live music talents from 5:30 PM to 8 PM.

Aventine Glen Ellen has a full bar, on premise brewery, inside and outside dining, and fresh, farm-to-table modern Italian dishes. The location, nestled next to Sonoma Creek, is breathtaking and creates a tranquil setting—perfect for any kind of private event. In addition to restaurant dining, Aventine Glen Ellen and Chef Veronese offer a wide variety of catering options. Perfect for weddings, corporate events or private parties, clients can elect to rent the main dining room, the upstairs private dining room or any of the restaurant’s lovely patios. Chef Veronese can also provide food and staffing for off-site events.

Aventine Glen Ellen, from the partners who created the wildly popular Taverna Aventine in San Francisco and Aventine Hollywood, is the newest fine dining and entertainment hot spot in Wine Country. Aventine Glen Ellen is located at 14301 Arnold Dr. Glen Ellen, CA in the historic Jack London Village. Aventine Glen Ellen will feature a modern take on classic Italian food prepared by Chef Adolfo Veronese. It will have an on-site brewery, full bar and live music. It has private rooms and beautiful terraces available for banquets, private parties and weddings. Aventine Glen Ellen will be open for dinner six days a week from 4:30 PM to 10 PM (until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday) with Happy Hour Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Additional Brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM starting May 10, 2015. Closed on Mondays.
