Aventine Glen Ellen Announces New Spring Menu

Glen Ellen’s newest critically acclaimed restaurant, Aventine Glen Ellen is pleased to announce the changes and new additions to the Spring Menu.

Changes to the menu include:

ANTIPASTI

TONNO TARTAR – ahi tuna tartare, roasted pine nuts, orange segments, Belgian endive – watercress salad ($20)

FORMAGGI – gorgonzola dolce, peppered pecorino allo zafferano, toma biellese piccola, served with mostarda di cremosa, candied nuts, honeycomb, house grilled focaccia ($21)

INSALATA E ZUPPA

CAPRESE – heirloom tomatoes, roasted pear tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, balsamic reduction, micro basil ($15)

CONTORNI

ASPARAGI – grilled asparagus, shaved parmigiano, lemon vinaigrette ($9)

PIZZA

SALSICCE – Italian fennel sausage, mozzarella, tomato sauce, fresh oregano ($16)

PASTA E RISOTTO

PASTA CORTA ALLA PRIMAVERA – baby carrots, zucchini, asparagus, pear tomatoes, roasted garlic, grana padano cheese, micro basil ($14)

GNOCCHI DI PATATE – oven roasted tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, micro basil OR basil pesto sauce ($15)

AGNOLOTTI ROSSO DI POLLO E GOAT CHEESE – sautéed white corn, toasted pistachio’s, white wine chicken broth, basil oil ($16)

FETTUCCINE NERO – squid ink fettuccine, rock shrimp, roasted pear tomatoes, red bell pepper sauce, spicy calabrian chili ($19)

AQUA E TERRA

PETTO DI POLLO – pan-seared Mary’s half chicken, fried baby artichokes, rosemary purple potato carpaccio, lemon – caper sauce ($23)

SMOKED PANCETTA WRAPPED DAY BOAT SCALLOPS – farro salad, English peas puree, lemon – orange vinaigrette ($32)

GUANCIALE – braised pork cheek, roasted cipollini onions, baby carrots, creamy organic polenta, gremolata ($28)

Aventine Glen Ellen has wonderful weekly specials. Their Taste Tuesdays Menu features Happy Hour pricing all night and Wine Wednesdays offer patrons the chance to purchase bottles of wines off the impressive wine list for half-price. Live Thursdays features free live music talents from 5:30 PM to 8 PM. Brunch is now served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Aventine Glen Ellen has a full bar, on premise brewery, inside and outside dining, and fresh, farm-to-table modern Italian dishes. The location, nestled next to Sonoma Creek, is breathtaking and creates a tranquil setting—perfect for any kind of private event. In addition to restaurant dining, Aventine Glen Ellen and Chef Veronese offer a wide variety of catering options. Perfect for weddings, corporate events or private parties, clients can elect to rent the main dining room, the upstairs private dining room or any of the restaurant’s lovely patios. Chef Veronese can also provide food and staffing for off-site events.

Aventine Glen Ellen, from the partners who created the wildly popular Taverna Aventine in San Francisco and Aventine Hollywood, is the newest fine dining and entertainment hot spot in Wine Country. Aventine Glen Ellen is located at 14301 Arnold Dr. Glen Ellen, CA in the historic Jack London Village. Aventine Glen Ellen will feature a modern take on classic Italian food prepared by Chef Adolfo Veronese. It will have an on-site brewery, full bar and live music. It has private rooms and beautiful terraces available for banquets, private parties and weddings. Aventine Glen Ellen will be open for dinner six days a week from 4:30 PM to 10 PM (until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday) with Happy Hour Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Additional Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed on Mondays.
