B.R. Cohn Winery (www.brcohn.com) is thrilled to kick off 2014 by hosting a home curing olive workshop featuring the talents of olive expert Don Landis (www.donsolives.com) on Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 11am to 1pm. Don, back by popular demand, will talk about the history of the olive in California and a thorough description of the Greek style of olive curing with no lye. An olive tasting and discounts on select BR Cohn gourmet food products will be offered to all participants. Reservations are required for this rain or shine workshop and can be made by calling (800) 330-4064 Ext. 124. The cost of this event is $20 per person, $15 for wine club members.
