About the Class
One
dough, four pastries! Pate a choux is an exceptionally versatile dough.
In this class I will show you how to make four sweet and savory
Parisian pastries all with the same dough! The dough will be using local
grown whole-grain flour not only for health benefits, but. toadd depth
of flavor to the pastries. I will also show how, if stored properly,
this dough can be your secret weapon for a last minute dinner, surprise
guests, or something to impress at any gathering! We will go through
each step together preparing the dough, piping, cooking, and finishing.
In addition, we will fill, glaze, and garnish the pastries to take home.
After
all the fun, enjoy a salad with Parisian gnocchi, no surprise, also
made with pate a choux dough! I am so excited to show you this amazing
recipe that you will be able to use for years and years to come!
