Chief Probation Officers of California recognize Deputy Probation Officer III Ermelinda Miramontes of Sonoma County probation.

"Deputy Probation Officer Ermelinda Miramontes is passionate about helping not only the youth and families she works with but also helping co-workers as a member of the Peer Support team and co-facilitator of "mind-body skills" group trainings which help her co-workers cope with work/life/disaster stressors. This has become a very popular training in our Department."
