Come and join us on our next fundraiser, a walk in the beautiful Oak Hill Farm led by the farm's owner and manager, Ann Teller. Anne will walk with us and talk about the history of the property, and the organic farm's practices. A light lunch will be served in the White Barn to finish our hike, with wine provided by Haywood Winery. The walk is a benefit for the beautiful Sonoma Overlook Trail in Sonoma, maintained with the help of volunteers.
