Jim Shere, president of the Glen Ellen Historical Society, will speak on"Discovering the History of a Local Ranch." He will discuss the Serres ranch and artifacts found there which date back to the Agua Caliente Land Grant originally given Lazara Pina in 1839 by General Vallejo. He will also cover periods up through the 20th century.
