A Family Affair Fundraiser

Rossis 1206 located at401 Grove Street, Sonoma, is definitely the place you want to be on Sunday May 22.

Mooneyhan Promotions is presenting “A Family Affair”, a family style fundraiser for the communities beloved Popo and her Fambam.

Popo’s husband, Bryan Byrd was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and is currently undergoing treatment. The community is pulling together to help raise money for this family in need.

Along with many kids fun and games such as hula hooping, blowing bubbles, face painting, and free “smile” tote bags will be donated to the children by Synergy Dental. Stornetta’s Dairy has also donated coloring books for the kid’s enjoyment.

There will even be an animal show presented by Lynette Lyon Wild Life trainer. Come on by if you’d like to mingle with her wild animals.

There will be lots of fun for the adults as well including a large silent auction, Steampunk Tarot reading by Mystic Tasha, and a belly dancing performance by Natalie Tedrick. Some of the silent auction items include a stay at Sonoma Valley Inn Jacuzzi Suite, a pair of San Francisco Giants Tickets, one year of dental care for one child from Synergy Dental, Four poolside tickets to Sonoma County Comedy Fest, tattoo by Shotsie Gorman, as well as a few dozen more great items.

Live music will be performed all afternoon with Plan Be, Rubber Soul Beatles Experience, and BackTrax.

Rossi’s will be serving their entire menu all day along with a no host bar.

Popo is an award winning comedian, magician, and an outrageous face painter with a twist. She has been making happiness in Sonoma County since 1980. She has donated her time and energy to many causes in the community, and now it’s time to pay it forward to her.

Doors open at 12:30 with a requested $10 per person donation.
