Fire Crews Contain Small Vegetation Fire East Of Santa Rosa
Fire crews were expected to remain on the scene throughout the day putting out hot spots and monitoring containment lines.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Firefighters in Sonoma County responded to a small vegetation fire Sunday morning just east of the city of Santa Rosa.
Cal Fire crews responded to the call near the 700 block of Los Alamos Road just before 10 a.m., along with firefighters from the Santa Rosa Fire Department and Sonoma County Fire District, according to Cal Fire.
The fire just outside the city limits was about half an acre at that time and was contained to about 1.5 acres within about an hour.
