Inmate Identified By Napa County Sheriff
Napa County Sheriff's Coroner Office will conduct the Coroner Investigation into the cause and manner of death.

The inmate that died on Saturday, February 1, while in our custody, has been identified as Rickey H. Estrada 42 years old of Santa Rosa, and Redwood Valley, was arrested by Santa Rosa Police Department.
Napa County Sheriff's Coroner Office will conduct the Coroner Investigation into the cause and manner of death. This investigation is currently ongoing.
