Police Seek Public's Help in Finding Missing North Bay Man
Police in Sonoma County are asking for the public's help in locating a local man who's been missing since Feb. 12.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- Police are asking for the public's help locating a Rohnert Park man who's been missing since Feb. 12.
Fernando Ruben-Minon, 34, left his home Feb. 9 in his mother's silver 2016 Kia Soul to visit a friend in Santa Rosa, the Department of Public Safety said. The car's California license plate is 7VHS422.
His mother received a text stating he would return Feb. 14, and when he did not return his mother filed a missing person's report on Feb. 16, police said.

The last contact anyone had with Ruben-Minon was on Feb.12 while he was staying with friends in Clearlake. The last known call on his phone was to a pizza restaurant in Clearlake that day, police said.
Ruben-Minon's mother said he is a high-functioning disabled adult with some health concerns and he did not take his medication with him when he left on Feb. 9.

He is known to frequent coffee shops and is very sociable with people, police said.
