The Sonoma County Housing Authority is accepting applications for its Project-Based Voucher Waitlist tied to 4-bedroom units at Riverfield Homes in Healdsburg, CA.

This waiting list is for households with five-ten members that require 4-bedroom units. Households with less than five people are not eligible for this list.

Applications will be accepted until 100 eligible applications are received. Applications may be completed online at www.waitlistcheck.com/CA085. If you need a paper application, please call (707) 565-7501, and an application will be mailed to you.

The Housing Authority reminds the public that fees-for-service or credit card numbers are NEVER collected when applying to Housing Choice Voucher Waitlists. It is not uncommon for scammers to create fraudulent websites that look authentic. Their names may say “Section 8”, and they might show an Equal Housing Opportunity logo. Such sites will take the applicant’s money and sell their personal information.
If you find a website that seems fraudulent, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and email the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at Hotline@HUDOIG.gov.
