Rossi's 1906 BBQ Menu Goes To The Farm

Max Young, owner of Rossi’s 1906, is pleased to announce Rossi’s menu has had a makeover over the last four months and Sonoma Valley diners are in for a treat. Rossi’s has upped its culinary game and is now offering more farm to table menu items. Rossi’s is now open for lunch starting at 11:30 AM every Wednesday through Sunday.

While the BBQ staples (St. Louis Cut Ribs, Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken) and beer garden favorites (Fried Chicken over Texas toast and the Rossi Burger) remain, diners should be on the lookout for fresh, local and seasonal items that will fill out the menu and showcase the merge of traditional Southern and California cuisines.

Utilizing local purveyors including Del Monte Meats, Marin Sonoma Produce Co., Flatbread Farms, Rancho Gordo, and Sweetwater Spectrum Rossi’s is showcasing the best offerings each season.

This summer look for seasonal salads, local vegetables and side dishes, and interesting dishes to share and taste, such as braised pork cheeks over polenta with pico de gallo, broccoli and faro salad or a spring pea salad with house bacon, a farm egg and spring onions.

Paired with a fantastic fresh cocktail menu curated by General Manager Bryan Tatum, 14 beers on tap, a fun and lively local wine selection and a music lineup that is gathering attention from the whole valley, Rossi’s 1906 is defining itself as a local Sonoma Valley hot spot.
