Sonoma Bank Robbed By Man Wearing Wig: Police
The bank robbery suspect was wearing what appeared to be a black and gray wig, police said.

SONOMA, CA — A man who appeared to be wearing a wig robbed a bank in Sonoma this morning, Sonoma police said. The robbery at the Umpqua Bank at 135 W. Napa St. was reported around 10 a.m.
The suspect gave the teller a note demanding cash and fled through a nearby business while discarding his clothing, Sonoma police Chief Bret Sackett said.
The suspect is a white man in his late 20s or early 30s who is 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet with a slender build. He was wearing a dark hoodie-style sweatshirt, gray pants, dark sunglasses and what appeared to be a black and gray wig.

The Sonoma Police Department released a photo of the suspect taken by a bank security camera. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call 707-565-2185.
