Sonoma Co. Coroner IDs Man Found Dead In Car

The Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office has identified the person who died on Wednesday afternoon after suffering a medical emergency while seated inside his vehicle in Petaluma.

The deceased is identified as Neil Jackson, a 51-year-old man from Petaluma.

His family was located and informed of his death, officials said.

The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office scheduled a forensic pathologist to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of his death.
