Drug packaging materials and scales were found among children's toys and car seat in the Santa Rosa home, police said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA - Santa Rosa police arrested a man Wednesday on suspicion of possessing and transporting heroin and methamphetamine for sale, a police sergeant said.
After a month-long investigation, narcotics and gang units’ detectives served a warrant at the residence of 25-year-old Antonio Diaz-Garcia on Navajo Street, Sgt. Rich Celli said.
Diaz-Garcia was found in possession of an ounce of heroin, three ounces of methamphetamine and approximately $2,500 in cash when he was stopped at the intersection of West Steele and Hardies lanes around 11 a.m., Celli said. Detectives found three more ounces of heroin, a pound of methamphetamine and evidence of processing and packaging for the drugs next to a child’s car seat in a vehicle at the Navajo Street home, Celli said.
