Summary:

The Board of Supervisors will consider amending the Solid Waste Collection Franchise Agreement with Recology Sonoma Marin.

The following items to be considered include a 1.8% rate adjustment, replacement of the advance payment discount with a low-income discount program, expansion of street sweeping and litter collection services, service zone consolidation to decrease rate disparities between zones; and other provisions as can be found in the documents provided here.
