Clarification for area 2K1

Fire 13-4 Evacuation Warning Update

Evacuation Warning has been expanded to include all residents in the following area:

Map Grid 2K1 at this time is under an Evacuation Warning

All areas North and East of Westside Rd.

South of Hwy. 101

West of the Russian River

Be advised if you live in this area you may be ordered to evacuate soon. Do not wait to start gathering your things and be ready to leave. If you feel you are in danger please evacuate now. Check with your neighbors to ensure they have been made aware of the order.

The public is reminded to stay vigilant on current fire conditions. Please continue to adhere to road closures and any evacuation warnings. A reminder to drive slowly and yield to emergency personnel in the area. There will be smoke in the respective areas as firefighters continue firefighting operations. If at any time you feel unsafe, please call 9-1-1.

The area(s) mentioned above are under an evacuation warning and are referenced in grid 2K1 of the attached map. Future orders will reference this map as well.
