Permit Sonoma is publishing an updated Notice of Preparation (NOP), notifying responsible agencies and interested parties of its intent to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to analyze sites proposed for possible rezoning to facilitate the development of housing. The NOP initiates a comment period during which agency staff and interested members of the public may submit comments, either written or verbal, on the scope of the environmental issues to be addressed in the EIR.
